Located in the heart of Euston Square, Black and Milk is appointed to design a family residence for a private client. The design consists of a complete refurbishment of a 6,000 sqft penthouse spanning three floors overlooking the prestigious Regents Park. The objective is to spatially reconfigure the apartment to meet their client's requirements when the family resides in London for the summer months.
The design narrative of the lateral penthouse is focused on materiality, texture and form to emulate balance, harmony and elegance. Throughout the apartment, meticulous attention to detail is considered to convey a sensual narrative dedicated to each specific space. Taking inspiration from the client's love for nature and water, the apartment's design represents a holistic approach to Japandi design, offering unique, impeccably crafted interiors.
